It looks pretty bad to me, I wouldn't play it.

hey justice, that game looks really crappy. sounds exactly like Emergency 4. thats not so strange, because it's made by the makers of EM4. That i found out doing some research. more research and the power of google gave interesting results. The game is called Polizei (2011). Many old download links to be found on warez-bb, however, none of them work anymore. Today i found out TPB is blocked by my Internet Provider, so no luck there neither.
Only one link i did find, which is:
but i do not know the quality of the download, could be the right file you are looking for, but it could also be malicious.

Looks like the time of downloading free games is over sad

Just type in 'www.thepiratebay.se' instead of '.com'. The site is still legal and not blocked in Sweden, so just type that in, and it should pop up.
