Hey guys, nice manual. But I would like to give my humble opinion on a few points:

The pointman doesn't need the headcam of his cover, because his coverman is almost always right behind him. It's more important to see the orders of the leader clearly. Same for the coverman: the pointman is right in front of him so there is not really a need for a headcam.

Specialist always deploys c2 and nades? So what do you do when c2 and a nade is needed simultaneously? And why doesn't let the coverman deploy the nade? He is closer to the door and mb has already seen the room during the scan. Also the pointman can deploy c2, he is already at the door smile

In a 4 man team, I would omit the specialist and not the RG: as you already mentioned he is the only one looking backwards.

I do not generally object on the "flying" leader. But usually the leader is busy given orders and therefore less concentrated on the area. He needs cover from his team, and best covered position is in the middle of the formation (position 3 or 4). Just look at your picture for stacking up: team is in nice cover behind wall and door. Leader is...directly in fireline of the door. Think bullets will not hit you because you look important? biggrin

I do not really get your arrow formation from the short example. Usually the team should move along a wall or from cover to cover, not directly to the center of the room trying to cover all sides at the same time.

I do not see the reason to close the door after scanning:
- you lose "contact" with the room and the situation inside may change quickly
- you need to open the door a second time, again with the risk of fire through the door
- the situation inside the room may demand for a quick action (hostage situation)

Your "double scan" is imho really dangerous, because the first man doesn't have the distance to the door necessary for a safe scan.

Not really sure what your Overscan is about.

About the opti wand: for me it's ok to use it when the team is stealth (so no speed is needed) or in some rare, special situations (door offers no cover but has likely a civ right behind; really complex or dangerous room). Ofc scanning is much faster and more fun wink

Btw: usually PDF is a good file format for public documents like this, and I guess even MS offices has today a build-in export function to pdf smile

Sincerely
